• Photos: When you use Koala Lens to search for products, your photos are temporarily uploaded to find matching products. Photos are processed for the search and are not permanently stored after processing.

Usage Data

• Search History: We save your search history so you can revisit past searches. This includes the image URL and search results.
• Favorites: Products you save to favorites are stored with your account.
• Search Count: We track daily search usage to enforce the rate limit (10 searches per day).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide App Functionality: Enable product searches, save favorites, and maintain search history.
• Authentication: Verify your identity and secure your account.
• Rate Limiting: Ensure fair usage of the search service.
• Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

3. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Search History: Retained until you delete it or delete your account.
• Favorites: Retained until you remove them or delete your account.
• Uploaded Photos: Stored temporarily for search processing, then automatically deleted.

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from within the app.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
